Elphaba picked herself up off the broken cobbelstone ground, a splitting headache rampaged through her head. "Feels like I've been attacked by a pack of flying monkeys," she muttered under her breath as she opened her eyes and let her deep brown eyes come into focus with what was around her. The site that greeted her, nearly made her fall over and die of suprise.
Elphaba could vaguely tell she was in Hogsmeade, but this was not the cheery, warm, Hogsmeade she remembered. Instead this place was like a cold, dessolate wasteland that once was Hogsmeade. As far as the green girl could tell, it looked like some sort of battle had taken place or a giant fire. OR.... She stopped hypothosising, although she knew she was a scientist at heart it would not help in the present situation.
Snapping out of her shock, Elphaba glanced around her and noticed everyone from the group who had gone through the portal seemed to have disapeared. She seemed to be utterly alone, a state the green girl was pretty much use to. But in this desolate wasteland, it could be dangerous. She'd have to search for the others.... Even if she really didn't want to.
Looking up again, Elphaba couldn't her but close her brown eyes for a long moment. Hogsmeade was gone as she knew it, but what could have done this?!

Josh opened his eyes after he finally fell and stopped spinning. He had managed to hit the ground and thankfully, on a nice pile of hay. His green eyes looked around and saw, well, no one. There was a run down building in front of him that looked like it had been robbed several times. It had broken windows, and a chunk of it was actually missing. He blinked at it, and then looked down the alley way. The place looked oddly familiar but he knew he never been here. It was way to deserted and well crumy looking. Not to be a snob, but Josh was never one to actually visit places like this. For his gigs were in nice towns and villages with people that were out and about. This place literally seemed to have no one there.
Josh got up from the hay bed and picked hay out of his black shaggy hair. Once he felt like he had managed to get the big pieces out of his hair, he shook his whole head just to make sure. He plucked off some stray hay stick thingies from his fleice sweatshirt and dark jeans. He rolled up his his sleaves to bare his arms and show his leather bracelette.
The seventh year boy started to walk down the alley way looking for someone, or at least, something to get out of here. He was starting to believe this whole thing was a bad idea. He might be stuck here with no one for the rest of his life. And he will never get any gigs, and he will never be able to hug Kaydence again. For some reason that upset him a lot more. He hadn't seen Kaydence very often, and not hugging her sounded horrifying. He made a mental note that if he got out of here alive he would give Kaydence some sort of love.
Josh was walking, and looking around when a sign, somehow, got picked up by the wind and wacked him in the face. He made a grunt noise and then removed the sign from his face and looked at it. Hogmeade, was the first thing he saw. He looked up from the sign and then around at the little run down village. And then he realized that the place was at one time happy, and somewhere where he would go and play for. But something happened. This wasn't that little town anymore.

Kiki who was the 5th person to enter including Dane, expected to see at least three people around her. Except her wishes were denied when she landed painfully above a rock where her butt landed very heavily on. “OOWWWW!!!” she yelled really loudly. It had hurt so bad. It was as if she had broken her tail bone. She started to moan in pain, unable to take in the scenery around. It still stung as Kiki rolled on the ground, screaming a little bit at a time. “Oohhhh. My ass! Aahhh. Make it stop! Make it STOP!” She knew she was alone as no one made any hint of movement to help her.
She finally got the sense to actually get up and moan as she looked around. It felt errie. Obviously, it was Hogsmeade as she looked up and saw a really bad and worn out sign that displayed the words “Madame Puddifoot’s”. Biting her bottom lip, she started to shiver along with rubbing her butt as it still hurt really badly. Turning around, she started to feel the fear that she thought she had for so long thought was gone. She was so lost and confused. Feeling alone, she couldn’t move. It was such a change for her that she felt a sense of her past overflowing her. She suddenly feel down, crawling backwards to the door of Madame Puddifoot’s, resting her back to it, shaving, her legs bent towards her chest and putting her head down so that she was in the fetal position except sitting up.
She started to hyperventilate. It was just too scary for her. Like she was back in China and there were bad wizards all around. She could still hear the yelling and the screaming in her ears suddenly as if she was sent back to her past. Her eyes started to water and she just sat there, scared still, the only action she could bring herself to do was breathe heavily.

Maria was playing in the portal til she was pushed in. She had fallen on her face. Not something she would've expected. She felt cold. She rubbed her arms. Not something she was used to. She looked around and saw a town, rubbish now. She looked at the old shops, busted down doors. She did take a trip inside one. She shrugged, it was no big deal after all.
"Hello?" She whispered into the doorway. It was probably a decent shop, until she saw a name of it on the inside. Hogs Head. What went on here that made this place so..unattractive. It made more shivers go down her spine. She walked around, touching, feeling, looking to see if things were really real. They were positivly real. She knew because she cut herself, small cut, on glass.
"What is wrong with this place? Why is it like this?" She asked herself. She walked out. She had so many memories in this place, and they all went bad on how destroyed it was. "Who could've done such a thing?" She asked quietly, as she got on her knees, and touched the ground with her fingers.
"So lifeless. So cold," She started saying. She expected to see someone else from the school here. She looked around. "Is anyone here?" She asked. It seemed like it should've been a dream. Yeah! Maybe she was knocked out and she was dreaming. But its so real, it can't be a dream.
She bit her lip. Maria was scared, a tiny bit. Something that made her scared, no life in places, no smiles on peoples faces. She took in a breath of filfthy hair and sighed.

After a few, long endless moments of waiting around and waiting for one of her fellow classmates to appear, Elphaba took off in search of some of them. Maybe if she found at least one, they'd be able to find the others together. Or find Dane, for that was what they came here to do, wasn't it?
Truth be told, when stepping through the portal, a destroyed Hogsmeade hadn't been what the young magical scientist had been expecting. A demon dimension, maybe. Or even a world without shrimp. But one where her favorite wizard villages was just a ghost town now, NEVER!
Holding her wand high, the green witch headed down on to the main roads. She glanced side to side constantly as she was paranoid somthing would jump out at her or she would miss one of her fellow students who perhaps was hiding in an alley way.
Stopping short, Elphaba strained her ears and swore she heard the words, "Is anyone here?" Her heart pounding, she drummed up enough courage to call out loudly in her oddly musical like voice, "Hello? Is anyone there!?"

Josh kept walking with his wand out, for just in case. He stayed calm and collected as he always did, unlike Ike, Malcom and Dane. They never seemed calm to him. And Josh was just swimming in calmness. He took deep breaths and peeked in broken windows, looking for anyone he knew. But no one was here. He stopped dead as he head heavy breathing, like someone was panicking. He turned the corner and stopped before he ran over Kiki. The last to enter the happy group in search of Dane. Why was he even in this group? He didn't exactly know Dane very well, but he knew Elle, and there for was stuck helping.
Kiki had her back pressed against a wall and breathing so fast Josh was thinking she might pass out. He took a few steps slowly towards her and bent down "Hey.." he said softly, letting her know she was all right. It was something Josh was good at. Being calm, cool, and nice, which helped others seem to think they were all right too.
He sat down next to her and crossed his legs in an Indian style then turned to her somewhat "Um," he started slowly "You ok? Need water... or something?" Before she got a chance to answer, with his wand he conjured up a bottled water and handed it to her "Here, take this. You seen anyone else?"
"Is anyone here?"
Josh lifted his head up to the voice. He was about to say something, but then there was another one. Coming from the opposite direction. So Kiki and him must be in the middle somewhere.
"Hello? Is anyone there!?"
He got up from the ground and walked forward a bit "Yeah! Over here you guys!" He yelled "Just come this WAY!" he yelled louder, hoping they would follow his voice.

"You're worthless, you know that?" "Get back in the corner, you whore!"
Her mind was filled with voices. Old familiar voices that she thought she would never hear again. The one that belonged to a man who was now dead. Was it maybe that they were flung into the past and managed to get transported back to China? That couldn't be it. Her back was against a Hogsmeade store for starters. Another voice filled her head. It wasn't one of the familiar voices and it was definitely not in Chinese. Looking upwards, she saw a boy who was extremely tall. Biting her lip, at first she was scared, then seeing he was someone from earlier, she wasn't so scared of him.
"You ok? Need water... or something? Here, take this. You seen anyone else?"
She was still scared of the place, though. It just looked so much like it. Rolled up in her ball, she didn't take the water. Kiki was very fine in her little cocoon she had created, thanks. She had stopped hyperventilating, though. Quickly shaking her head to submit her answer, she put her head back down as she heard more voices. Biting her lip again, her eyes were still watering, finally calming herself down again, becoming more aware of the pain that she had in her bottom. Maybe she really did break her ass.
She looked up and grabbed the water, taking a few sips, the tears actually falling down as they changed from tears of scared desperation into tears of pain. "What's going on? Where's Malcolm?" She then downed the rest of the contents.

Maria heard voices. "People must be here!" She stated and took a running start. She ran around the place, leaving tracks in the dirt left from her shoes. She held her charm on her necklace, she didn't know why. It was when she was always scared, worried, or anything else that may cause herself to go to a jolt.
She got through pieces of glass, a little cuts here, a little cuts there. She didn't care at that moment. She started running again and soon came upon two people. Maria looked down at the girl who didn't look so good. She kneeled down and asked the girl, "Are you okay?"
She turned to the boy. "Who was the one who answered my call the first time?" She asked, and looked around. She saw something coming. "Nevermind." She looked around the deserted area.
"I don't think anyone else's here. I have been almost all around this place. All I've seen or heard is you two and the girl who yelled after I said something." She stood up. This was just plain weird, not scary but weird.
What could they do now? They were split up from the rest of the group.

Elphaba's ears perked up as she heard her called anwsered. Quickly jogging in the direction of the shout, she soon spotted two girls, one on the ground and who looked like she had been crying, and one guy. Hopefully their small commotion hadn't attracted too much trouble.
As she reached her three fellow students, the green girl looked down at ...Kiki.... she believed her name was. She realized with a small start that the girl had been crying. "You alright? "
Glancing at the others, she then spoke to them, "I've never seen Hogsmeade like this. How do you figure its happened?"

Josh looked down and watched the girl kind of do a weird roll, to where she was all up in a ball. He blinked and held the water still, and watched her cry some. He wasn't exactly perfect with tears but he knew he had to do something. You just can't let someone cry, and you just watch. So, not really knowing if this was the right thing to do or not, he put his hand on her back and patted gently. "Everything will be ok. We will find everyone, and we will get Dane. And get back home..."
Him talking didn't seem to do much since the girl only looked up and took the water he was holding away from him. She stood up, at least that was better then a ball, to Josh it showed some improvement.
"What's going on? Where's Malcolm?"
Josh stayed quiet at her question. He didn't exactly know either. For all he knew they were the lucky ones. And the others... well perhaps they managed to get themselves stuck in the portal. Doesn't a portal drop everyone off in the same place? So where are the others? Why haven't they showed up? Unless... maybe I portal doesn't. And they were sent to a completely different time and demention. They would have gotten themselves lost in an odd world, and they would have never find a way out... maybe... maybe there is another portal... that will lead them out..
All of his wild thoughts were rudely (heh) interrupted by another voice, a girl. He turned his head seeing one of the ones he had called towards them. He recognized her as Maria Rain. He watched her look at Kiki who was still in tears. Truly, Josh felt sorry for the girl and hoped he could do something. But tears and upset girls, just weren't his specialty.
"Who was the one who answered my call the first time?"
He shrugged, "I haven't seen her."
The girl looked behind her and Josh followed her gaze to a green witch. He knew her as well, Elphaba. he lifted up his hand and waved slightly at her so she knew to come to them. "Hey," he called out to her, letting her know that everything was ok.
"I don't think anyone else's here. I have been almost all around this place. All I've seen or heard is you two and the girl who yelled after I said something."
Josh nodded to Maria, "For the time I have been here, I haven't heard or seen a single person. It is like a ghost town."
Once Elphaba had managed to get up here, she too asked Kiki if she was all right, while Josh got up from the ground and brushed off his pants from the soot and dirt.
"I've never seen Hogsmeade like this. How do you figure its happened?"
"You noticed it was Hogsmeade too?" Josh asked looking around at the place. He could totally image tumbleweed rolling across the deserted town, just like in the western movies. "Honestly, I don't know. I was thinking maybe we were sent to a past time, or future, or an ulternate world." He was going into his theory thing, but decided to stop.
"Whatever we are in, we have to find the way out. And I was thinking that if we came by portal, we can leave by portal." He started to move back and forth on his heels. "Whatever we decide, just sitting here waiting for the dust bunnies to come a live and eat us, isn't going to help. I say we move."

Kiki managed to calm herself down realizing that they weren't the only ones there. Biting her lip, she continued to feel pain in her butt, quickly grabbing her wand, she refilled the bottle and an ice pack appeared. Sitting on the ice pack, she let out a sigh of relief and smiled at herself as she continued to drink the water and attempted to wipe the tears away even though it was the same effect of being punched in the nose. Water was just refilling as her butt remained to hurt.
The other two finally reached herself and... She thought his name might have been Jack. She just nodded to Maria and... Elpheba was what she thought her name was. She wasn't exactly in the mood to tell them that she was alright, but her arse was just about broken. Shaking her hair out of her eyes, she just watched the three talk and continued to drink water which she needed to refill with her wand every 30 seconds or so.
We must be in the future since all these shops are here. Even in the past, the shops were still nice and booming. Not looking like complete ghost towns. Finally managing to chime her voice into the conversation, she waited until Jack was done talking. "Well, maybe we should send up sparks." Biting her lip before going on, she shook her hair out of her eyes again. "Or at least leave something that might leave the others an idea that we were here." Her voice was shakey and sounded like she had been screaming at a concert for hours.
In a way, Kiki wasn't too keen on finding herself back. She felt more compelled to help people. Not like it was a certain person like Dane (Wasn't that the main objective in the first place?), but something about this place made her think that the portal wasn't there by accident. It wasn't like they saw portals all the time. She obviously didn't let the others in on her crazy idea as she wasn't sure if it all made sense to herself yet either. Mainly it was cause she didn't want to freak out the others with the idiocy that might come out of her mouth now that she had that weird panic attack.

She looked down to the Ravenclaw. "Or we could scout the place, a little longer, and look to see if we can find someone?" She stated. She felt a cold chill, as she felt a breeze. She walked a few steps away from them, and looked out into the place.
She looked back to Josh, "It seems we are in the future, because..nothing would've tooken out Hogsmeade." She turned back and crossed her arms, feeling the goosebumps rise.
This place felt a little...off balance, to her. It didn't feel right to be there, like maybe something terrible was going to happen. She looked at the ground, wishing she still had her vampire powers. The first time in her life that she wanted it, but it was long gone now, she couldn't have them back. She looked towards the back of the town, to the forest. It didn't seem to change, but you couldn't judge it by the outside, either.
Miserable memories formed when she looked. The life as a vampire, started in there, people who found out, found out in there. Her life was ruined, in there. She didn't dispise Ike or Bobby for finding out, but hating her for what she was, that was so low.
Pushing those thoughts to the back of her mind, she focused on what was happing then, and there.

"Don't send up sparks," Elphaba told Kikki with a shake of the head. They couldn't do that, it was to dangerous. If they were found by unfriendily persons the four of them could be in emmense danger. "We don't know who or what else is out there. It would be foolish to bring unneeded attention to ourselves."
"I agree we should scout this place out, and try to find any others. It seems the most reasonable response." Elphaba continued. "We don't want to attract whatever did this to Hogsmeade to ourselves."

"Well, maybe we should send up sparks."
Josh looked at Kiki and meerly shook his head. To him it didnt seem like a good idea at all, sending sparks up would draw attention to themselves. And after the drew attention to themselves, whatever caused Hogsmeade to go this dead would certainly come after them. And Josh's artistic imagination was already running wild with ideas of how this happened, and how he could draw it out. His green eyes looked around the place and imaged people running and screaming as a farm of ogers came in, smashing houses and burning them in the process and eating people alive! But he shook his head again not liking the idea. It just didn't seem right, ogers for one thing were too stupid to know how to wreck a whole town. They might cause trouble and stuff but for sure wouldn't burn anything down, merely step on people and houses. Maybe that was how...
All of his thoughts were interupted yet again by people talking, and his green eyes looked to the girls. It was the first time he really had noticed that he was the only boy, and for once Kaydence wasn't one of the girls. Which upset him some, but he was happy nontheless that she was safe at Hogwarts out of harms way in their present time.
"Or we could scout the place, a little longer, and look to see if we can find someone?"
Josh still stayed quiet until something was actually directed to him. Since he had no choice in the matter at what they did. Nor did he really care, as long as they didn't send sparks or get killed he was ok. All he wanted though was to go home, and pray that the others had found their way back. He wasn't exactly the take action type. He went with the flow.
"It seems we are in the future, because..nothing would've tooken out Hogsmeade."
He looked at Maria, and nodded figuring she was probably right. His eyes were still on her and he could tell how uneasy she had gotten with the whole thing. He could understand uneasiness, heck he was uneasy about it. But he'd just keep it to himself so no one around him got scared. He had to stay strong. Well he had to feel strong.
Elphaba started talking and Josh adverted his eyes toward her. She seemed to be making the orders, the one to lead them all so they could get home. Which was fine with him, he was more of a follower then anything, and she was fairly smart, so he figured the girl knew what she was doing.
"I agree we should scout this place out, and try to find any others. It seems the most reasonable response. We don't want to attract whatever did this to Hogsmeade to ourselves."
"All right, let's go then ladies." His voice was gentle yet firm and he started to walk in any direction he felt like going at the time. "Just stay together," he started as he ran a hand through his black hair. "And everything will be fine." It sounded like a promise, but he was just trying to keep everyone calm. Especially Kiki who had already had her mental break down, and Maria looked as if she was evolving one. Which they didn't need right now. People who had mental break downs just seemed loud, and if they were loud they would get spotted. And if they were spotted, only God knows what will happen. "Just stay quiet."
